Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington seeks an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) to lead nursing operations, ensure patient care safety, and optimize staffing and policies across the hospital. Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience and three (3) years in nursing management preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of the nursing unit(s)/hospitals.
• Direct all nursing service activities for the hospital assigned, including staffing recommendations, staff/patient ratios, and policy implementation in compliance with PAM Health standards.
