Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing in the state of the hospital.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience and three years in nursing management preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in a specified field (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of the nursing unit(s)/hospitals.
• Direct all nursing service activities with appropriate staff/patient ratios.
• Liaise between staff and administration to promote productivity.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in line with PAM Health standards and accreditation.
