PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Jupiter seeks an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) to lead nursing operations, uphold patient safety, and drive high standards of care. The role requires RN licensure and extensive nursing leadership experience in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing in the state where the hospital resides.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience.
• Three years of nursing management experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of the nursing unit(s)/hospitals.
• Direct all nursing service activities for the hospital assigned by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios, by maintaining a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care.
• Serve as a liaison between staff and administration, by promoting productivity of staff, by developing and implementing policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedures and accreditation standards.
