PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Golden is seeking an Associate Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing services, ensure patient safety, and align staffing with patient care needs in a fast-paced hospital setting. The role emphasizes collaboration with administration, policy development, and quality improvement.

The ACNO will oversee nursing operations, support staff development, and ensure compliance with PAM Health system standards while promoting excellent patient outcomes and staff

Competenze

• RN licensure in good standing in the state of the hospital
• Minimum five years of clinical nursing experience
• Three years in nursing management preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS required
• Certification in a specified field (CNE/CRRN/CCRN/PCCN) preferred

• Ensure safety and staffing for nursing units.
