Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Golden is seeking an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) to lead nursing services and ensure safe, high-quality patient care. You will oversee staffing, policy implementation, and collaboration with administration to maintain patient safety and service excellence.

Minimum five years of clinical nursing with three years in management, current BLS/ACLS, and active RN licensure are required. Bachelor’s degree preferred; various benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing in the state where the hospital resides.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience and three (3) years of nursing management experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Certification in CNE, CRRN, CCRN, or PCCN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of the nursing unit(s)/hospitals.
• Direct nursing service activities and staffing to meet patient needs and policy standards.
