Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) to oversee nursing services and ensure patient safety across assigned units. You will lead staffing, policies, and liaison activities with administration to promote high-quality care and staff productivity.

Qualified candidates will hold RN licensure, have 5+ years of clinical nursing experience with 3+ years in nursing management, and possess BLS/ACLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must possess RN licensure in good standing in the state of practice.
• Current BLS and ACLS required.
• Bachelor degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of the nursing unit(s)/hospitals.
• Direct nursing service activities, staffing decisions, and policy implementation in line with PAM Health standards and accreditation.
