• Process incoming/outgoing wires and SWIFT; support International Banking.
• Handle Reg E disputes and research issues related to ACH or wires.
• Respond to phone/email inquiries regarding ACH or wire transfers.
• Maintain daily/monthly dept. spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform related duties as assigned and support risk management.
