Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking an Electronic Banking Representative in Hermitage, PA to process ACH and wire transfers, including SWIFT activities. This full-time role requires attention to detail and strong communication as you balance daily tasks and research requests.

You will support the International Banking Dept, perform EOD duties, and maintain accurate department records while adhering to regulatory guidelines and internal controls.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in MS Word & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process and balance ACH files and related items to meet deadlines.
• Handle ACH Returns, NOC's, prenotes, and related research.
• Process incoming/outgoing wires and SWIFT transfers.
• Perform end-of-day functions in wire software and Federal Reserve systems.
• Maintain department spreadsheets and respond to inquiries via phone/email.
