Job summary

Charlesbridge is seeking an ACH Payments Specialist to manage accurate ACH processing, file monitoring, and exception handling within regulatory guidelines. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely settlements and compliance.

The role requires knowledge of Nacha Operating Rules, OFAC, and risk controls, with a focus on audit readiness and customer support in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent plus banking or payments experience.
• Working knowledge of Nacha rules and ACH processing.
• Experience with fraud monitoring and risk escalation preferred.
• Familiarity with deposit operations systems requested.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ACH activity within processing windows and regulatory guidelines.
• Review ACH files, returns, disputes, and changes; research discrepancies.
• Perform daily Fed settlement balancing and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor OFAC and sanctions alerts and escalate as needed.
• Provide customer and internal support regarding ACH and related payments.
