You will work on a mix of case-based and email tasks, coordinating with internal teams and corporate clients to ensure accurate, timely processing of transactions. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and 4+ years in operations services, with strong customer service, data interpretation, and PC

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of operations services experience.
• Knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements preferred.
• Strong problem solving and data analysis abilities.
