The role includes dispute research, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with Treasury, Relationship Management and Customer Care.

Responsibilities extend to end-of-day balancing, processing Zelle disputes via integrated platforms, and timely communication with originators and institutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; proficient with Microsoft Office and strong numerical aptitude.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions.

Responsibilities

• Process ACH and Zelle items in line with NACHA rules and bank procedures.
• Balance daily ACH items and perform end-of-day settlement balancing.
• Research and resolve disputes within regulatory timelines; coordinate with stakeholders.
