Job summary

FNBO is seeking a detail-oriented specialist to manage automated clearing house processing, NACHA rule adherence, and end-to-end dispute handling. The role includes daily balancing, reg-reported activities, and collaboration with Treasury Support and customers to ensure timely settlements.

Responsibilities include processing ACH items, resolving disputes, assisting non-FNBO inquiries, and contributing to process improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance. Onsite location in Omaha, NE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong numerical aptitude with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process ACH items in line with NACHA rules, SLAs, and system timelines.
• Balance incoming return items and reconcile files daily.
• Handle Zelle disputes via multiple platforms and TRIPS for tracking.
• Provide responsive customer service via phone and email.
• Collaborate with Treasury Support, Relationship Managers, and customers.
• Document compliance and participate in cross-training for backups.
• Identify and resolve processing issues through root cause analysis.
• Monitor and communicate status on file exceptions and dispute resolutions.
