Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• AAP certification after two years ACH experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide back-office support for ACH and Instant Payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with NACHA rules and Reg E requirements.
• Research and resolve ACH/Instant Payment inquiries from customers and staff.
• Process ACH returns, exceptions, and disputed items.
• Assist with audits and training of new staff.
