Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• External candidates require a minimum 3.0 GPA upon graduation.
• 0-1 years of experience in service, business, or sales-oriented role preferred.

Responsibilities

• As ACE Trainee, complete rotations to build business knowledge and leadership skills.
• Work with Rexel leaders to contribute to real business priorities.
• Develop relationships across functions and learn supply chain fundamentals.
• Tailor elective rotations based on interests and local opportunities.
