Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking an ACCME Accreditation Manager to split time between CPD and GME, ensuring ongoing accreditation for MGB-sponsored programs and coordinating with ACCME, ACGME, and Joint Accreditation. The role reports to the Executive Director, Education.

The position entails leading accreditation readiness, financial management of CPD revenues and expenses, and coordinating reporting and site visits with CPD and GME leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years hospital/managed care experience.
• 2-3 years of accreditation experience; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a content expert on CPD accreditation and provides consultative services across the organization.
• Primary Education Office contact for assigned accredited programs and hospitals; coordinate with VP GME and CPD teams.
• Manage reporting requirements for CPD ACCME/JA; support accreditation visit prep and deadlines.
