Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking an Accreditation Manager who will split time between the Continuing Professional Development and Graduate Medical Education divisions. The role ensures ongoing program accreditation with ACCME, ACGME, and Joint Accreditation, reporting to the Executive Director, Education.

The position oversees accreditation activities for CPD and RSSs, manages CPD revenue and expenses, and collaborates with hospital partners to meet deadlines and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of accreditation experience.
• Financial management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as content expert on CPD accreditation and regulatory topics.
• Act as primary Education Office contact for accredited programs.
• Oversee CPD-related revenue and expenses including course revenue and grants.
• Lead for RSS accreditation standards and reporting requirements.
• Present at workshops and director orientations.
• Support CPD-related committee meetings and site visits.
• Lead small projects to improve workflows.
