Job summary

Mass General Brigham, based in Somerville, MA, seeks an Accreditation Manager to split time between CPD and GME, ensuring ongoing program accreditation with ACCME, ACGME, and Joint Accreditation. Reports to the Executive Director, Education.

The role covers managing CPD reporting, accreditation visit prep, deadline communication, and data provision, as well as financial oversight of CPD-related revenue and grants, in collaboration with the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years hospital/managed care experience required.
• 2–3 years accreditation experience required.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as content expert on CPD accreditation and provide consultative services on accreditation topics.
• Lead primary Education Office contact for assigned programs and coordinate with hospital partners.
• Manage reporting requirements for CPD with ACCME and JA; support accreditation visits.
• Ensure timely communication of deadlines and data submissions to ACCME/ACGME/JA.
• Oversee CPD revenue and expenses, including grants, vendor payments, and reconciliations with leadership.
