Job summary

Prairie View A&M University is seeking a Graduate Assistant in Accreditation and Quality Improvement to support the Office of Institutional Research and Integrated Data Analytics (IRIDA). The role focuses on drafting technical assessment reports, creating infographics, and developing targeted data visualizations to aid accreditation and continuous quality improvement.

The GA will work on dashboards, data processing, and reporting while assisting with document preparation and office operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Currently enrolled as a full-time graduate student at PVAMU with minimum credits per term.
• Good academic standing and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit technical reports for assessment and accreditation.
• Review institutional documentation for clarity and accuracy.
• Ensure documents meet formatting and compliance standards.
• Provide light technical support to office staff.
• Assist with special projects and general office operations.
• Process and organize data for institutional reports using Excel.
• Maintain data files and ensure data integrity.
• Assist with basic statistical analyses as needed.
• Create infographics and data visualisations.
• Design visual material for presentations and reports.
• Support development of dashboards and visual analytics.
