Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, computer science, or related field.
• Proficiency with SQL and data querying in relational databases.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Create internal reports, dashboards, and visualizations for campus stakeholders using PowerBI.
• Assist in collection, organization, and analysis of institutional data related to student success and experience.
• Assist with survey administration, data cleaning, and writing of summary reports and presenting findings to a non-technical audience.
• Conduct literature reviews or benchmarking research to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Help ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting processes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions related to assessment, planning, and data strategy.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support Institutional Research office work.
