Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applicable field required.
• Presently enrolled at Prairie View A&M University for at least nine graduate semester credit hours during the term in which the work is to be done.
• Must be in good academic standing (SAP) with minimum 2.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Data Quality & Data Management: perform data quality checks, validate institutional data, document inconsistencies, assist in basic cleanup.
• Metadata & Documentation: maintain data dictionary, document data definitions and workflows, standardize terminology across departments.
• Governance Support: coordinate Data Stewardship meetings, prepare agendas and notes, maintain project trackers and documentation.
• Reporting & Analysis: assist in preparing data reports and dashboards, conduct simple data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, or visualization tools.
