• Log receipts for credit card transactions and other purchases.
• Assist with invoice payment processing and maintain records of bill payments and check stubs.
• Record membership payments in the accounting system.
• Prepare and make bank deposits.
• Maintain and update documentation related to accounting processes and procedures.
• Assist with maintaining accurate general ledger records and account balances.
• Support the posting of transactions and preparation of journal entries as needed.
• Ensure financial records are accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Finance Department.
