Job summary

MAS Residency invites creative minds to a 20-week program. Work on live accounts, collaborate with Account Managers and Directors, and build a standout portfolio while learning the agency lifecycle from pitch to execution.

You’ll join a dynamic Accounts team, develop industry knowledge, and contribute to real projects. A personal laptop is required for the duration, with a starting pay of $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Natural ability to connect with others and build relationships for client services.
• Desire to learn and be proactive in every task.
• Strong written and verbal communication across emails, video calls, and chat.
• Solid time-management and ability to adapt to shifting timelines.
• Willingness to learn about brands, trends, and industry news.
• Access to a personal laptop for the duration of the program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a capstone project creating a portfolio piece for presentation.
• Work with Accounts mentor to learn campaign lifecycle from pitch to execution.
• Attend client calls and capture key next steps with active listening.
• Share fresh observations after client meetings to inform internal debriefs.
• Support operational tasks like routing SOWs, tracking projects, and updating trackers.
• Assist with data gathering, research, and analysis to inform decisions.
• Help identify target brands for new business and analyze accounts quarterly.
• Share brand activations and trends to inspire the team.
