• Monthly & Quarterly Reconciliation: manage workload and oversee reconciliations; ensure documentation aligns with policies.
• Training & System Proficiency: train team on functions and maintain proficiency in systems and regulations.
• Positive Pay & Compliance: conduct analysis routines and keep SOPs up to date with policy updates and regulations.
• Core System Expertise: maintain knowledge of core deposit system functions and reconciliation modules.
• Special Projects & Cross-Training: assist with audits, BCM maintenance, and process improvements.
