Cintas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to manage all AR-related tasks, including tracking assigned accounts and recovering outstanding payments. The role involves heavy phone activity, negotiating payment plans, and resolving discrepancies to maintain up-to-date account records.

The candidate will work with a focus on customer service, confidentiality, and process adherence, with opportunities for growth within the First Aid and Safety division.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of collections experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally to achieve collections targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts receivable functions and track assigned accounts for delinquencies.
• Identify outstanding debts and plan actions to recover payments; heavy caller activity.
• Contact debtors regarding payment status and negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Answer questions or resolve complaints; investigate discrepancies and update account status in the system.
• Alert supervisors of customers unwilling or unable to pay and comply with legal action requirements when necessary.
