Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and AS400 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and track assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Plan and execute actions to recover outstanding payments.
• Maintain heavy phone activity with customers and contact debtors regarding payment status.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans and handle questions or complaints.
• Investigate discrepancies and update account status in the database regularly.
• Alert supervisors of customers unwilling or unable to pay and assist with legal actions when necessary.
