• 2+ years of collections experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage accounts receivable related functions and track assigned accounts.
• Identify outstanding debts and plan recovery actions.
• Engage customers via phone to collect payments and negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies; handle questions or complaints with professionalism.
• Update account status regularly in the database and alert supervisors of at-risk accounts.
