Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking an AR Supervisor to manage the day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations at the Support Center. You will prioritize workloads, ensure program deadlines are met, and coach a team to deliver high-quality franchisee support.

The role emphasizes AR KPIs, SOP development, and collaboration with the Support Center Director to continuously improve the AR program. This is an on-site, full-time position in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years working with accounts receivable.
• 2+ years of management or lead experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound AR communications and meet weekly/monthly targets logged in SENet.
• Organize and prioritize AR team workload to meet deadlines and service levels.
• Develop, maintain, and improve AR SOPs, workflows, and practices with the SCD.
• Lead onboarding and training of AR Representatives and maintain training materials in FUSE.
• Conduct monthly check-ins and biannual performance reviews with AR staff.
• Serve as AR SME for franchisees to improve collections and program adoption.
