Qualifications

• At least 10 years in accounts receivable or related roles.
• Experience leading AR teams and managing workloads.
• Strong knowledge of AR processes and month-end close.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop AR team; assign work and coach performance.
• Oversee invoicing accuracy per contracts and billing rules.
• Monitor AR aging, collections, and unapplied cash.
• Review cash receipts and apply payments in ERP.
• Support month-end close with reconciliations and reports.
• Drive process improvements to cash flow and efficiency.
