Job summary

TAS Energy Inc, a Houston-headquartered maker of data center modular systems, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead the AR team and ensure accurate invoicing, cash application, and collections.

You will partner with Finance and operations to support month-end close, internal controls, and audit readiness while driving ongoing process improvements to improve cash flow and customer service in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or general accounting.
• 5+ years of experience leading, supervising, or providing day-to-day directions to accounting or accounts receivable staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Accounts Receivable team; assign work and monitor performance.
• Oversee invoicing accuracy per contracts and billing requirements.
• Monitor aging, collections, unapplied cash, and delinquent balances.
• Support month-end close with reconciliations and reports.
• Improve cash flow and processes through metrics and root-cause analysis.
