LHH is partnering with a well-established organization in the Dallas area to fill an Accounts Receivable Supervisor role. This hands-on leadership position focuses on collections and AR operations, with a strong emphasis on driving performance within a team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day activities.

The ideal candidate will have deep collections experience, robust AR knowledge, and prior supervisory or leadership experience.

LHH is partnering with a well-established organization in the Dallas area seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join its accounting team. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone with a strong background in collections and accounts receivable who enjoys leading a team while remaining actively involved in day‑to‑day operations.

The ideal candidate will bring deep collections experience, strong AR knowledge, and previous supervisory or leadership experience. Collections experience is a key requirement for this position.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support day‑to‑day accounts receivable and collections activities
• Oversee collection efforts and help drive timely resolution of past‑due accounts
• Monitor outstanding receivables, aging, and collection activity
• Partner with internal teams to research and resolve account discrepancies
• Assist with escalated customer accounts and more complex collection issues
• Provide coaching, guidance, and daily support to AR and collections team members
• Help establish priorities and ensure collection goals and deadlines are met
• Identify opportunities to improve AR and collections processes
• Track collection activity and provide reporting on outstanding balances and account status
• Work closely with accounting leadership and serve as a trusted extension of the management team
