LHH is partnering with a well-established organization in the Dallas area to fill an Accounts Receivable Supervisor role. This hands-on leadership position focuses on collections and AR operations, with a strong emphasis on driving performance within a team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day activities.

The ideal candidate will have deep collections experience, robust AR knowledge, and prior supervisory or leadership experience.

Competenze

• Strong background in accounts receivable and collections.
• Experience in supervisory, team lead, or management roles.
• Proven ability to manage aging and resolve delinquent accounts.

Mansioni

• Lead and support day-to-day accounts receivable and collections activities.
• Oversee collection efforts and drive timely resolution of past-due accounts.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, aging, and collection activity.
• Partner with internal teams to research and resolve account discrepancies.
• Provide coaching and daily support to AR and collections team members.
• Help establish priorities and ensure collection goals and deadlines are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve AR and collections processes.
• Track collection activity and report on balances and status.
• Collaborate with accounting leadership as a trusted extension of management.
