Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least three years of AR experience, strong communication skills, and hands-on ERP experience with Plex, plus advanced Excel. Hybrid work flexibility and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Prior leadership or senior AR background aiming to supervise.
• Strong collections and customer account management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• ERP systems experience; Plex experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead with a collaborative, team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvements and operational efficiencies within the department.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders regarding account status and payment issues.
