• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field or 4 years AR experience.
• Experience supporting B2B finance operations including credit card processing, account reconciliations, wire transfers, refunds, and cash application.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support collections strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce DSO.
• Apply cash and rebills to customers and partners in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and SOX controls.
• Evaluate and improve processes/tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders.
