Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field OR 4 years of AR experience.
• Experience supporting B2B finance operations including credit card processing, reconciliations, wire transfers, refunds, and cash application.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support cash application and rebills to optimize cash flow and reduce DSO.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and SOX controls.
• Improve processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders; involve the right people in discussions.
• Mentor junior AR team members and share best practices.
