Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive administrative experience, ideally supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert level in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong math, organizational and analytical abilities; able to multi-task and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Escalation contact for collection calls handled by AR Specialist.
• Discontinued account processing and documentation of department responsibilities.
• Coordinate cash application investigations and perform large/complex reconciliations.
• Process and post cash payments during period ends; review credits and tax exemptions.
• Maintain holds and daily metrics; generate statements and mailing.
• Prepare monthly reports (Loss/Gain, AR Aging, Over 60, etc.).
• All other duties as assigned.
