Nixon Medical is seeking an Account Receivable Representative to support the Finance Manager and AR Specialist in streamlining procedures, resolving complex account issues, and safeguarding AR assets. You will assist with special projects and help maintain accurate cash postings and reconciliations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of admin experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and a professional, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years of progressive administrative experience, ideally with two-plus years of high-quality support for C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert level in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong math, organizational and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Escalation contact for collection calls by AR Specialist.
• Discontinued account processing.
• Provide ongoing documentation of department responsibilities and train team as needed.
• Coordinate cash application investigations.
• Perform large or complex account reconciliations as directed by supervisor.
• Process and post cash payments during period ends.
• Review, process, and track credits.
• Process account holds for discontinued customers, maintain holds via weekly Service Hold Report.
• One-time billing as instructed.
• Update daily metrics.
• Bank reconciliation (ACH, checks, & credit cards).
• Linking accounts, statement modifications, address updates, general account maintenance, email billing setup, Nixon Connect.
• Short payment report – adjustments, general account cleanup.
• Tax exemption – obtaining certificates, adjustments, working with customers on payment.
• Monthly reports – Loss/Gain, AR Aging, Over 60, etc.
• Statement generation and mailing.
• All other duties as assigned.
