Job summary

CRC Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Senior Specialist to join the accounting operations team. The role emphasizes accuracy, research, and timely processing of agent payments within a collaborative environment.

You will support reconciliations, inquiries, and routine disputes while advancing best practices in our financial operations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related experience, strong MS Office skills, and experience with accounting systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin or related field or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in accounting operations, accounts receivable, billing, collections or related financial functions preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal accounting systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Process agent payments daily and verify payment support.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in agent accounts and escalate complex issues.
• Manage portfolio of insurance agents and respond to inquiries about invoices and payments.
• Review transactions, conduct routine research, and support senior accountants on complex matters.
• Communicate professionally across lines of business and maintain organized records in accounting systems.
• Participate in process improvements and stay informed on accounting best practices.
