Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage delinquent customer accounts and past-due balances.
• Review and respond to delinquency-related emails.
• Process returned checks and payment postings.
• Run daily reports to identify accounts needing action.
• Report delinquent accounts to the state when required.
• Assist with daily deposit processing and payment posting.
• Provide reception desk coverage during breaks and absences.
