Qualifications include strong Excel skills and attention to detail; SAP experience is preferred but not required. This temp-to-hire position runs Monday–Friday, with a 7:15 am to 4:15 pm schedule. Onsite coverage is required.

3+Month Temp to hire
M-F 7:15 am to 4:15 pmTemp-to-Hire position in O’Fallon, Missouri (20 Commerce Drive). This is a 100% onsite role responsible for monitoring and managing delinquent customer accounts, processing payments, and providing administrative and customer service support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage delinquent customer accounts, including tracking past-due balances.
• Review and respond to delinquency-related emails.
• Process returned checks.
• Run daily reports to identify accounts requiring blocking or release based on payment status.
• Report delinquent accounts to the state when necessary.
• Assist with daily deposit processing and payment posting.
• Monitor the customer pickup queue to ensure timely service.
• Provide reception desk coverage during scheduled breaks and absences.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and organizational standards.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
