Job summary

TalentBridge is partnering with a growing organization to fill an Accounts Receivable Specialist role onsite in Pacific, MO. You will manage daily cash activity, payment processing, bank reconciliations and AR reporting in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in AR and cash applications, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems; NetSuite experience is strongly preferred. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with pay of $25–$27 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable, cash applications, or related financial operations.
• Experience processing customer payments and reconciling bank activity.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and journal entries.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work accurately in high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily updates on customer cash flow and activity.
• Process and record customer and non-customer payments.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Prepare and distribute AR reports and customer statements.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and other finance teams.
• Support Accounts Payable and other accounting projects.
