Pleasant Valley Corporation in Medina, Ohio is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to manage day-to-day billing, invoicing, and collections within our Shared Services Administration team. This role emphasizes accurate billing, timely payments, and strong client relationships to support our commercial real estate services.

Responsibilities include generating invoices, maintaining billing records, tracking aging accounts, and collaborating with account managers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience required; an associate degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
• At least two years of accounts receivable experience in a fast-paced environment with familiarity using customer portals for billing and payment management.
• Demonstrated accuracy and strong attention to detail when managing invoices, billing records, and financial information.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate computer proficiency including email, scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, graphics, databases, and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Preparation and Submission: Generate, review, and submit accurate, timely invoices in accordance with customer-specific billing requirements, schedules, and submission deadlines.
• Billing Documentation and Reporting: Prepare PDF invoices, complete lien waivers, maintain billing spreadsheets, and ensure accurate information is entered into customer portals and internal systems.
• Accounts Receivable Tracking: Monitor invoices from approval through submission and payment, follow up on aging invoices, and report billing discrepancies or missing information that may delay payment.
• Customer Service and Collaboration: Respond promptly to customer billing inquiries, resolve payment issues and disputes, and collaborate with internal account managers and the business development team to maintain accurate customer records.
• Process Improvement and Administrative Support: Support the development of best practices to improve billing accuracy and efficiency while assisting with general administrative activities and team operations.
