Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Warrendale, PA to join our onsite team. This full-time role focuses on accurate invoicing, cash application, and customer communications.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and experience with ERP/accounting software, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; ERP or accounting software experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and communicate effectively in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Post customer invoices, credits, receipts, and daily cash transactions.
• Review aging reports and follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances.
• Investigate payment discrepancies, deductions, and account issues.
• Process customer requests for invoices, statements, and account information.
• Support the sales team with return authorizations and related documentation.
• Enter sales contracts, update customer pricing, and assist with intercompany transactions.
