Avflight seeks an Accounts Receivable Associate to support our accounting team at our Ann Arbor site. The role focuses on cash application, batch reconciliation, and resolving discrepancies while handling airline invoicing and pricing for customers.

You will collaborate with multiple Avflight locations to drive collections, perform data entry in Excel and accounting software, and provide responsive customer service for billing concerns.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business/Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years Accounts Receivable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
• Familiarity with accounting software systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Cash application and batch reconciliation with emphasis on problem solving.
• Airline invoicing and customer pricing.
• Collaborate with Avflight locations to facilitate collections.
• Make customer service calls and assist with billing concerns.
• Data entry using Excel and accounting software.
• Associated filing and documentation management.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the accounting team.
