Avflight is hiring an Accounts Receivable Associate to support cash application, invoicing, and aging reports onsite in Ann Arbor. You will coordinate with various Avflight locations to collect outstanding balances and ensure accurate data entry in Excel and accounting software.

Requirements include an Associate degree or equivalent, 2+ years AR experience, strong Excel skills, and solid problem-solving and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business/Accounting or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years in Accounts Receivable or similar role.
• Proficiency in Word/Excel; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cash application and batch reconciliation with problem solving emphasis.
• Invoicing, pricing and aging report follow-up with customers.
• Collaborate with Avflight locations to facilitate collections.
• Make customer service calls regarding billing concerns.
• Data entry in Excel and accounting software; filing and ad hoc projects.

At each Avflight FBO patrons receive aircraft and customer care provided by hand-selected, experienced aviation professionals. Our customers range from cargo and freight companies to executive jets and their discerning passengers, from small aircraft to large charter operations.
