Job summary

Jacam Catalyst is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for its AR Department in Sterling, KS. This in-office role requires strong Excel skills and prior AR experience.

You will handle invoicing with specialty pricing, maintain customer records, and process daily/weekly/monthly reports alongside collections tasks. Ideal candidates are highly organized, dependable, and able to work both independently and in a team, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED and one or two years’ experience.
• Typing 35 wpm initially with 1/100 keystrokes; goal is 80 wpm and 1/500 errors.
• Be highly organized and able to follow a systematic method.
