UPLIFT Desk in Austin, Texas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support growth and ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and clean customer records across a high-volume ecommerce operation.

You will process AR transactions, perform billing and collections, monitor balances, assist with credit applications, and maintain tax certificates, while partnering with the Controller to uphold GAAP and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years NetSuite experience.
• 2+ years accounting experience.
• Strong background in accounts receivable and collections.
• Working knowledge of GAAP accounting practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate with customers regarding invoices and balances.

Responsabilités

• Process high-volume accounts receivable transactions.
• Perform billing and collections.
• Monitor outstanding customer balances and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Assist with customer credit application setup.
• Collect and maintain sales tax exemption certificates.
• Process deposits and post daily bank activity.
• Apply and reconcile customer payments.
• Research and resolve customer account and payment discrepancies.
• Verify claims and process refunds.
• Maintain accurate customer account records.
• Support staff by performing assigned accounting and clerical tasks.
