Job summary

TestEquity LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage incoming payments and overdue balances, while delivering customer-obsessed service. You will interact with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate AR records across regional accounts.

The role requires 2+ years in AR and strong Excel skills; experience with Sage 100 is a plus. This on-site position in Texas supports time-sensitive invoicing, reconciliations, and payment processing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years accounts receivable and general accounting experience
• Customer service experience required
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Sage 100 is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments
• Perform account reconciliations and generate Excel reports
• Investigate and resolve irregularities on customer accounts
• Process accounts and incoming payments per financial policies
• Manage refunds and RMAs integration
• Handle disputed PayPal payments and past-due invoices
• Review tax certificates and tax status for billing
• Maintain customer accounts and shipping locations in system
• Run credit reports and assist with new account setup
