Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Process incoming payments including checks, ACH, wire transfers, and credit card transactions.
• Contact outside vendors weekly to collect past-due payments.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
