Job summary

Specialty RV Sales, a family-owned dealer serving the mid-Ohio area, is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk. You will prepare work by gathering documents, pay invoices, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies.

The role requires 1-5 years in public accounting or industry, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook. We offer training, growth, and an equal opportunity environment.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of public accounting and/or industry experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.
• Pay invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment.
• Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
• Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.
• Maintains finaSecure financial inncial security by following internal accounting controls.
• Completing titles weekly, mailing assisting customers with title concerns
• Maintain financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
