Qualifications

• Requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to review account activity and resolve discrepancies.
• Finance-related fundamentals including basic accounting, AR processes, and ERP usage are essential.
• Effective communication with customers and internal teams to resolve billing inquiries is required.
• Experience with debt collection, including negotiating payment plans and documenting actions.
• Ability to prepare accurate invoices and ensure timely distribution to customers.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort with ERP systems such as Great Plains or Business Central.
• Prior AR or related finance experience in medical devices or healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Monitor outstanding balances and reconcile accounts receivable records.
• Perform debt collection activities and resolve payment discrepancies.
